PureMessage for Windows/Exchange: new installation fails to update
Issue
When you install a new copy of PureMessage for Windows/Exchange, version 2.6.1, following installation, updates fail and a white-cross on a red-circle is displayed on the Sophos shield.

What to do
- Go to the folder %programfiles%\AutoUpdate\Config and create a file called TopLevelCatalogue.dat.
- Open this file and type in the string
sdds.es3and save the file. - Test that updates are now working.
Technical information
This issue occurs because PureMessage for Exchange, version 2.6.1, failed to create the TopLevelCatelogue.dat file in the SophosAutoUpdate (SAU) config folder.
