Sophos Control Center: Changing user credentials

Issue
How to change credentials under the Sophos Control Centre, either when upgrading from trial credentials to a licence, or when the licence has been changed.

Operating system
Windows 2003 SP2

What to do

NOTE: if you have been evaluating a product, you do NOT need to uninstall it, simply change the credentials as described here.

1. Open Sophos Control Center.
2. Click Configure updating|User ID.
3. Clear the previous credentials and enter the new ones.

Once you have changed the credentials, click the 'Update now' link in the Control Center to update your software.
