Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows 2000+: Installation fails with error 3000
Issue
When you try to install Sophos Anti-Virus on a computer that previously had a non-Sophos anti-virus product installed, Sophos Anti-Virus fails to install and displays the error:
Error 3000. A previous version of Sophos Anti-Virus already exists, a reboot is required.
Rebooting the computer does not resolve the issue.

What to do
- Remove C:\Windows\Temp\Sophosreboottest.txt.
- Re-install Sophos Anti-Virus.
