NAC Manager navigation and menus not functioning properly when accessed
This article provides information about why the NAC Manager navigation and menus may not function properly when accessed. This issue is dependent upon operating system and Internet Explorer settings.
What to do
If the NAC Manager navigation and menus are not functioning properly, you need to add the NAC Manager as a trusted Web site. Once the NAC Manager is a trusted site, the NAC Manager will function properly.
- Open Internet Explorer, access the Internet options. The Internet Options window opens.
- Click the Security tab.
- Select Trusted sites.
- Click Sites. The Trusted sites window opens.
- Type the NAC Manager URL.
- Click Add, and then click Close to close the Trusted sites window.
- Click OK and access the NAC Manager.
