If you are using Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, change the journaling agent's priority as follows:
- Go to Start|Exchange Management Shell.
- Type C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>Get-TransportAgent
- Note the lowest priority in the list (it should be about 4 or 5) - you will change the journaling agent to this priority in the next step.
- Type C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>Set-TransportAgent "Journaling Agent" -Priority 4 (or 5 is this is the lowest priority from step 3).
- Check that the journaling agent's priority is now the lowest by typing C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>Get-TransportAgent.
- Close the Exchange Management Shell window.
