PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange: uninstall fails, errors reported
When you attempt to uninstall PureMessage, the uninstall fails and errors such as any of the following are generated:
error 0x80070102Setup was unable to stop services
What to do
- Restart the PureMessage computer.
- Go to Add/Remove programs, and remove the Sophos components in the following order:
- PureMessage
- Sophos AutoUpdate
- Sophos Anti-Virus
