Enterprise Console: error message when upgrading "Warning 27555. There was a problem finding the existing users in the local group Sophos Console Administrators"
If you are running an Enterprise Console remote console on a Windows 2003 server, an error message may be generated when you upgrade from Enterprise Console, version 2, to Enterprise Console, version 3.
Warning 27555. There was a problem finding the existing users in the local group Sophos Console Administrators. It will not be possible to ensure these users stay in the group.
What to do
Click 'OK' to close the message box. The upgrade will complete successfully, and your groups will be correctly populated.
