Sophos Anti-Virus for Linux: savd online configuration not updated when Enterprise Console policy restored to 'factory default'
On a managed Linux computer (endpoint) running Sophos Anti-Virus for Linux, the savd online configuration does not get updated when the Enterprise Console policy is restored to 'factory default'. This means that a policy set from Enterprise Console will not be automatically updated when factory defaults are restored.
What to do
- Open Enterprise Console
- Right-click the computer or group
- Select 'Comply with', then select 'All group policies'.
The Linux computers will be updated with the factory defaults.
