Sophos Mobile Security: unable to read update progress texts

With Sophos Mobile Security you may be unable to read the texts showing the progress of updates, as they change very quickly.

What to do

If you need to find out how an update has progressed, check the log file.

On the mobile device, do as follows.

  1. Select Start|Sophos Mobile Security.
  2. Tap Logs.
  3. In the 'Log file' drop-down list, select 'Update'.
  4. Check the log file for details.
