Sophos Mobile Security for Windows Mobile: unable to launch if device is low on memory

Sophos Mobile Security for Windows Mobile may not be able to launch if the mobile phone, or other device, is low on memory.

What to do

Sophos Mobile Security requires 5MB of available memory to run. If there is insufficient memory, you can stop other applications to enable it to run.

1. Select Start|Settings.
2. Tap the System tab.
3. Tap 'Memory'.
4. Tap the Running Programs tab.
5. Choose an application to stop.
6. Highlight it, and select 'Stop'.
