Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows: features in version 6.0.5 and 4.6.5

Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows 2000+, version 6.0.5, Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows NT/95/98/Me, version 4.6.5, and several other new versions of Sophos Anti-Virus, have been released on the Sophos databank and are being automatically distributed to existing customers via EM Library.

• Performance enhancements have been made to local on-access scanning on computers with low memory.

Sophos Client Firewall, version 1.0.1

• Changes have been made to the installer to prevent Sophos Client Firewall (SCF) from installing on Windows Vista, which is not supported in this version.
• An issue with the system tray application leaking memory has been corrected.

• Improvements have been made to firewall driver stability during an automatic firewall update.
• Changes have been made to the installation policy to allow hidden processes. This now matches Windows firewall behavior.
