Enterprise Console: opening an exported report in some versions of Excel yields an error message
With Sophos endpoint security, if you export a report in Excel format and then try to open it in Excel 2000, an error message is displayed.
File error: data may have been lost.
This happens for the following reports:
- Alerts by threat: table
- Alert details: table
The above issue is present on Windows 2000 computers with Excel 2000. It is a problem with the version of Crystal Reports used in this product.
Note: No errors are displayed when these reports are opened in Excel 97.
