Error codes and messages
With Sophos Client Firewall, the following error messages and codes can be logged to the event database and reported back to Enterprise Console.

| 0xE0010101 | Failed to configure the firewall. |
| 0xE0010103 | Failed to initialize configuration plugin. |
| 0xE0010104 | Failed to verify Sophos trusted application file within '%1', error: %2. |
| 0xE0030303 | Failed to load plugin '%1', error: %2. |
| 0xE0030304 | Sophos Client Firewall has detected an incompatible driver. Please restart your computer and if symptoms persist contact Sophos Technical Support. |
| 0xE0050501 | Messaging Failed to initialize messaging plugin. |
| 0xE0050502 | Failed to connect to messaging service. |
| 0xE0080810 | Failed to clean the log, error:%1. |
| 0xE0080833 | Sophos Client Firewall has detected that it may not be receiving all network traffic. Please reboot your system and if symptoms persist, contact technical support. |
| 0xE0080834 | Failed to connect to the firewall driver, error %1. Please reboot your system and if symptoms persist, contact technical support. |
| 0xE0080835 | Failed to repair database, error %1 |
| 0xE0080836 | Failed to create database, error %1. |
| 0xE0080837 | Failed to connect to database, error %1. |
| 0xE0080838 | Failed to compact database, error %1. |
| 0xE0080839 | Failed to add datasource, error %1. |
| 0xE00E0501 | Failed to initialize learning plugin. The learning plugin (learning.dll) failed to initialise correctly. The most likely cause is that a plugin required by learning did not initialise correctly. |
| 0xE0100001 | Attempt to load component '%1' failed with error:%2 '%3'. |
| 0xE0100002 | Attempt to load duplicate component '%1' failed. |
| 0xE0110001 | The firewall configuration was missing or corrupted and has been restored using the default settings. |
| 0xE0120101 | Failed to detect the network location |
