Remote users will require a username and password to update their Sophos
What to do
Remote computers should be configured to update their Sophos
If you have remote users who cannot update their anti-virus software from your company website and must therefore update direct from Sophos, you must provide them with the Sophos-issued EM Library username and password. You can find the necessary username and password on the back cover of your Sophos End-User License Agreement. The username usually starts with "em".
Do not supply these users with any of the other credentials that you use in managing Sophos products.
