Enterprise Console: log files created during installation

This article lists the log files created during the installation of Enterprise Console, version 3 on a Windows 2000/2003 server. Alternative locations are given for version 2 of Enterprise Console.

Installation Logs

Filename	CMIssuedCertificates.log
Location	C:\Program Files\Sophos\Enterprise Console\CertificationManager\IssuedCert\
Description	A list of all the certificates the server has issued.
Log Level	Logging level cannot be adjusted externally.

Filename	CertManager-yyyymmdd-hhmmss.log
Location	C:\Documents and settings\All Users\Application Data\Sophos\Remote Management System\3\Certification Manager\Logs\ (For Enterprise Console version 2, the log is located at C:\Program Files\Sophos\Enterprise Console\CertificationManager\Logs\)
Description	Log of actions taken by the certification manager.
Log Level	Logging level cannot be adjusted externally.
