Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows: file exclusions for Microsoft Exchange Server
Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows 2000+, can be installed on Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 computers with Microsoft Exchange server, but certain files and folders must not be scanned by either on-demand or on-access scanning. Sophos Anti-Virus should also be temporarily disabled during Exchange and Windows upgrades.
