Is AES 128 bit encryption available for new SafeGuard PrivateCrypto archives?
Answer
No, the AES 128 bit algorithm is no longer available for encrypting new archives (it is still supported for decrypting existing archives that were encrypted with AES 128 bit).
SafeGuard PrivateCrypto encrypts all new archives with AES 256 bit.
