- Sophos
Anti-Virus can automatically disinfect documents infected with most macro viruses. Run VSWEEP from the DCL command line using the command line qualifier/DI. - Run a second scan to ensure that any virus has been removed. You should get the message "No viruses found".
- Check the documents. The virus could have corrupted them.
Sophos /DI specified until you get the message "No viruses found". If warnings of infection persist, first check for infected executables. If disinfection failed, an error message will be generated, e.g., "ERROR: Disinfection unsuccessful". In both instances, technical support can advise you further.
