W32/Scrapkut-A is a worm for the Windows platform.
W32/Scrapkut-A attempts to propagate through the Orkut platform by injecting malicious JavaScript into the victim's scrapbook.
When executed, W32/Scrapkut-A copies itself to the program files folder as WindowsUpdate.scr (the worm is intended for computers of Spanish locale):
C:\Arquivos de programas\WindowsUpdate.scr
The following Registry entry is set to run the worm at startup:
