You will also need to edit the following registry entries, if they are present. Please read the warning about editing the registry.
At the taskbar, click Start|Run. Type 'Regedit' and press Return. The registry editor opens.
Before you edit the registry, you should make a backup. On the 'Registry' menu, click 'Export Registry File'. In the 'Export range' panel, click 'All', then save your registry as Backup.
Locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE entries:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\
RecycleSTR = "msreg32.exe"
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices\
RecycleSTR = "msreg32.exe"
and delete them if they exist.
Close the registry editor.
More Information
W32/Rbot-TC is a network worm for the Windows platform with backdoor functionality.
W32/Rbot-TC spreads as a result of the appropriate backdoor command or by exploiting known vulnerabilities including WebDav, LSASS and IIS5 SSL , DCOM, UPNP and also Microsoft SQL servers with weak passwords, buffer overflow in certain versions of DameWare, backdoors left open by other worms and Trojans.
When first executed, W32/Rbot-TC copies itself to the Windows system folder with the filename msreg32.exe and establishes the corresponding service.
In order to be able to run automatically when Windows starts up the worm sets the following registry entries:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices\
