W32/Rbot-GLQ runs continuously in the background providing a backdoor service through which a remote user can access the computer.

 - to computers vulnerable to common exploits, including: IMAIL Server, ASN.1 (MS04-007) and Symantec (SYM06-010)
 - to network shares protected by weak passwords

When first run W32/Rbot-GLQ copies itself to <System>\wuauclt12.exe and creates the following registry entries in order to run on startup:
