W32/Opaserv-Fam is a family of worms which spread by copying themselves to network shares.

The worms copy themselves to the Windows folder and add entries to the registry at:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
or
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices

to run themselves on system restart.
