More Information
W32/Imaut-B is a worm for the Windows platform.
When first run, W32/Imaut-B copies itself to the Windows folder and creates the file:
<Windows>\pc-off.bat
( The file pc-off.bat is a small script that is used to restart the system. It can safely be deleted. )
W32/Imaut-B spreads by copying itself and an autorun.inf file to the root folder of removable drives.
W32/Imaut-B alters the registry under the following entries:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Command Processor
HKCU\Software\BARRY
