W32/Bacalid-A infects executable files on locally accessible drives and may spread to remote network shares. The virus may also download further executable code.
W32/Bacalid-A drops a file <Temp>\vcab.dll or <Temp>\vgod.dll. This file is also detected as W32/Bacalid-A.
The virus injects the dropped DLL file into running processes.
