Troj/Wpap-A may arrive as a component of another complex backdoor Trojan or spyware application with the filename wpap.exe.
Once executed Troj/Wpap-A initiates a background process with the corresponding name filename.
Troj/Wpap-A modifies winlogon.exe by patching it with the code that disables the Windows Product Activation.
