Troj/Ranck-Fam is a family of Trojans which allow a malicious user to relay HTTP traffic through a compromised computer. The Trojan variant usually adds an entry to the registry at:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
to run itself on system restart.
