Troj/Haxdoor-IN is a Trojan for the Windows platform.

Troj/Haxdoor-IN runs continuously in the background, providing a backdoor server which allows a remote intruder to gain access and control over the computer.

Troj/Haxdoor-IN includes functionality to:

- stealth its files, processes, registry entries and services
- prevent itself being terminated
- prevent itself being deleted
- disable other software, including anti-virus, firewall and security related applications

When Troj/Haxdoor-IN is installed the following files are created:

<System>\klgcptini.dat
<System>\qm.dll
<System>\qm.sys
<System>\sndu32.dll
<System>\sndu64.sys
<System>\stt82.ini

The files qm.dll, qm.sys, sndu32.dll and sndu64.sys are detected as Troj/Haxdor-Fam.

The files klgcptini.dat and stt82.ini can be deleted.
