Troj/GrayBrd-BC is a backdoor Trojan which allows a remote intruder to gain access and control over the computer.
Troj/GrayBrd-BC includes functionality to access the internet and communicate with a remote server via HTTP.
When first run Troj/GrayBrd-BC copies itself to <Windows>\svch0st.exe.
The file SVCH0ST.EXE is registered as a new system driver service named "Media Serial Number Service", with a display name of "Media Serial Number Service" and a startup type of automatic, so that it is started automatically during system startup. Registry entries are created under:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Media Serial Number Service\
