Troj/FakeAV-CM is a Trojan for the Windows platform.

Troj/FakeAV-CM includes functionality to access the internet and communicate with a remote server via HTTP.

When first run Troj/FakeAV-CM copies itself to <System>\lphcee8j0elnp.exe and creates the following files:

<Temp>\.tt1.tmp.vbs
<System>\blphcee8j0elnp.scr
<System>\phcee8j0elnp.bmp

The file blphcee8j0elnp.scr is detected as Mal/EncPk-CZ, the file phcee8j0elnp.bmp is detected as Troj/FakeAV-CD and the file .tt1.tmp.vs is detected as VBS/InfSR-A.

The following registry entry is created to run lphcee8j0elnp.exe on startup:
