Troj/Dloader-UE is a Trojan for the Windows platform.
Troj/Dloader-UE will attempt to contact a predefined URL and download data without the users knowledge.
When first run Troj/Dloader-UE copies itself to <System>\dnssvc.exe.
The following registry entry is created to run dnssvc.exe on startup:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
