More Information
When an infected application is run on an uninfected Macintosh, Mac/Sevendust-A will add an extension called 666 to the Extensions folder. After the Macintosh reboots this extension will infect applications by modifying or adding MDEF resources. This virus has no payload.
This virus was first reported in June 1998.
