Dial/MPB-D is a dialer application.
Dial/MPB-D includes functionality to access the internet and communicate with a remote server via HTTP.
When first run Dial/MPB-D copies itself to <System>\gdimx.exe
The following registry entry is created to run gdimx.exe on startup:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
gdimx
<System>\gdimx.exe /nocomm
Registry entries are created under:
HKCU\Software\gdimx\
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\gdimx\
Dial/MPB-D provides an uninstall option which can be accessed via the Add or Remove Programs dialog in the Windows Control Panel. The software is listed as "gdimx".
