Dial/Dialui-C is a dialler application.The Dial/Dialui-C executable may drop a library DLL to
<WINDOWS>\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\V0.26.dat
and register it as a COM object.
V0.26.dat exports functionality to download configuration data from a remote
server.
Dial/Dialui-C may also drop an embedded library DLL which is a
legimate component of MS Dial-Up Networking Phonebook utilities.
