VBS/Repvblik-A is a prepending VBS virus.
VBS/Repvblik-A modifies Word, Excel and PowerPoint files adding '.VBS' to the filename when it infects them.
VBS/Repvblik-A also renames USB devices to 'REPVBLIK' and adds the following files to the device:
