Troj/Dload-BI is a Trojan for the Windows platform.
Troj/Dload-BI includes functionality to access the internet and communicate with a remote server via HTTP.
When Troj/Dload-BI is installed it creates the file <Common Files>\system\DNSclient.dll that is also detected as Troj/Dload-BI.
