<Temp>\oprar.exe
<Temp>\vre.dll
<Temp>\packet.dll
<Temp>\wanpacket.dll
<Windows system folder>\drivers\npf.sys

The file oprar.exe is detected as Troj/WOW-FV and the file vre.dll is detected as Troj/VAnti-CY.

The files packet.dll, wanpacket.dll, and npf.sys are innocuous and may simply be deleted.
