Our WS1000 is a managed appliance, which means we proactively monitor your appliance to listen for connection failures, offer on-demand remote access assistance, and respond rapidly to Event-Driven Notifications (EDNs, or system-generated alerts).

Hardware Advance Replacement Warranty

We offer an Advance Replacement Warranty for the duration of your license, up to a maximum of three years. Within two hours of a reported failure, Sophos will initiate replacement of the appliance, and will ship on the same day (subject to your location).
