Sophos support over holiday period
If you are a licensed user of Sophos products, Sophos will support you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. The Christmas and New Year holidays are no different - support will be available continuously throughout this period, including 25 December, 26 December and 31 December 2004, 1 January 2005, and 2 January 2005.
Naturally, our support staff would also like to enjoy the festive season, and we therefore ask that on these days you only call us if you have an urgent problem that cannot wait until the next business day.
