Integralis to target large enterprises with anti-virus and anti-spam protection from Sophos.

Sophos, a world leader in protecting businesses against spam and viruses, has announced that Integralis, one of the world's leading security systems integrators, has qualified as its first Enterprise Certified Partner, part of Sophos's UK Partner Programme that caters for large corporate enterprises. As well as selecting Sophos Anti-Virus as its preferred anti-virus solution, Integralis will be the first Sophos Enterprise Partner to offer and support PureMessage for Unix, an integrated anti-spam and anti-virus solution designed to suit the needs of global organisations.
Integralis, which provides complete IT security solutions for large corporations, has qualified to implement, configure and provide support for Sophos's entire product range, including PureMessage for Unix, in the UK, as well as in France, Switzerland and Germany. PureMessage for Unix provides protection against spam and viruses at both the e-mail gateway and at the desktop level and has been developed for companies with multiple server environments. Integralis, which has been offering Sophos Anti-Virus since 1997, has upgraded this product to preferred solution status, following a number of successful implementations.
Integralis's technical team graduated from Sophos's Enterprise Certified Partner Programme, which provides extensive training in the role of selling, implementing and delivering support to meet Sophos's service level agreements (SLAs). The programme provides members with a number of benefits, including enterprise sales leads, significant marketing support and dedicated key account management.
"To complement our portfolio of robust security solutions for large corporate users, Integralis has been seeking an integrated anti-virus and anti-spam product that is easy to both scale and configure. The management tools in Sophos PureMessage for Unix perfectly fit these requirements," said Graham Jones, director, Northern Europe at Integralis. "In a trial of several vendors' products, PureMessage proved the most effective at detecting spam. This, coupled with Sophos's award winning virus protection, means we are confident our customers will benefit from the best possible security solutions."
"It's great that Integralis has achieved Sophos Enterprise Certified Partner status. Its excellent record of providing superior service to blue chip companies make it the ideal partner for Sophos and this relationship will be a key factor in our future growth plans," said Oliver Carter, UK sales manager at Sophos. "Integralis's reputation in providing a strong level of support for its customers is a good fit with Sophos, ensuring that our products will be supported to a high level."
PureMessage for Unix is specifically designed to meet the requirements of large organisations, combining Sophos's industry-leading virus and spam protection, which filters millions of messages per day. This unprecedented scalability, plus its multiple-language message processing, makes PureMessage ideally suited for organisations with multiple-server deployments.
