Sean Richmond

Senior Technology Consultant, Sophos Australia & New Zealand

Sean Richmond has over 23 years experience in information technology, the last 16 of those specializing in anti-malware and data protection.

He joined Sophos in 1999 and established the first SophosLabs location outside of the UK, subsequently becoming SophosLabs (Australia) first virus researcher. He has held other positions within Sophos including heading up the Australian technical support team.

Sean loves the technical aspect of his job and presenting best practice recommendations and advice to Sophos customers and other interested (or even uninterested!) parties.
