Unable to log on to the local SafeGuard Easy administration with token. A message box stating SGE 1601: "The logon failed. Please retry." is returned.
In case SafeGuard Easy administrative token support has been installed and a SGE 1601 message comes up it has to be ensured that the Utimaco Smartcard admin and the eToken admin are also installed on the system.
Both msi installation files (SCAdmin_SGEasy.msi and TokenAdmin.msi ) can be found on the product CD within the TOOLS\TOKENADMIN folder.
Furthermore please make sure that the token has been issued with valid credentials and that no unsupported characters are used within the username or password.
