When uninstalling Sophos Anti-Virus for Linux/Unix, the following error may occur after executing the uninstall.sh script:
Unable to load any translations, aborting

This error can occur when Sophos Anti-Virus has been installed to the same location as the installation package, or central installation directory.
It is recommended to install Sophos Anti-Virus to a new directory, and not to the same location as the install set.
What to do
In order to remove Sophos Anti-Virus, set the following environment variable so the uninstaller is able to load the correct translations:

Please note, the above instructions assume Sophos Anti-Virus is installed to the default location /opt/sophos-av/. If you have installed to a differant location, please correct the path as necessary.
