In the 'Software Subscriptions' section of Enterprise Console, when selecting the version drop-down, only 'Recommended' is shown. Example:
This means you cannot select the version Preview, Previous, Extended, etc. as mentioned in articles such as 119216.

You have a Small Business Edition ('SBE') license. For more information on license names and what type of license you have, refer to article 111179.
Note: If you have a Server Protection or Server Only license you will also see a restricted package list.
What To Do
Check your license family name (see article 117247) that appears in the Software Subscription window. In the screenshot above the 'License family' is shown as 'Endpoint Protection - Business' and is defined as an SBE license in article 111179. Hence it is expected that all platform versions are limited to 'Recommended' only.
Any articles that refer to managing your subscriptions and changing version labels ('Preview', 'Extended', etc.) do not apply. Any retirement messages/warning (such as 80040420) should be ignored. As you cannot manually upgrade the package version it will be upgraded for you on a date before the version expires.
If your license family name is not an SBE license (as defined in the table in article 111179) and you can only select the 'Recommended' version then there could be a problem with your license settings. In this case email Customer Care, include your license details (username and password being used) and reference this article.
