Technical Support Engineer UTM

We're looking for someone who lives to delight customers so our clients fully maximize our technology to deliver better protection. The primary duty of this role is to provide high quality technical support to our customers, partners and other engineers via phone and email for our network security solutions, as part of a 24 hour/7 day follow-the-sun model in our global support function. As a Technical Support Engineer you are responsible for ensuring you deliver an experience so profound that customers love using our products and services and actively recommend them to others.

The role is located at our office near La Défense, Paris, France.

Technical Support Account Manager (TSAM) Paris France

– France, Paris

Sophos is looking for a Technical Support Account Manager (TSAM) to take responsibility for account management of our Platinum and Premium customers, within the exciting and fast-paced IT security industry.

The position of Technical Support Account Manager (TSAM) is dedicated to providing proactive relationship and technical management in a wide range of scenarios. A polished, communicative and professional individual, your consultative nature will mean that you make the most of relationships with key Sophos customers.

Successful candidates will possess a range of customer-facing skills and will be able to quickly and successfully build relationships with a high-profile account base. They will display exceptional communication skills, tenacity, strong business understanding and the potential to succeed within a fast moving environment.

Experience of providing the highest levels of technical support within a customer-facing role will stand you in good stead as you quickly gain credibility within this pivotal role.

This role is based at our office in Paris, France  with regular requirement to travel to customer sites including occasional overnight stays. A full driving license is required.
