You have installed an update manager on a remote computer. When you look in the Update Managers view in Enterprise Console, the update manager is listed as 'Migration Failed'.

When a new Update Manager is installed, the Endpoint Security and Control Management Service attempts to communicate with it and waits for a reply. If the Update Manager doesn't respond within the time frame set by the Management Service, the Management Service will report a failed migration to Enterprise Console.
What To Do
In order to re-establish communication between the two computers, In Enterprise Console, select Retry Failed Migration. This will send new communications between the two computers.
