The Active Directory import is currently running on another SafeGuard Management Center / SafeGuard Server instance or was running before but did not complete, keeping the Active Directory import for data integrity reasons in in a locked state.
What To Do
If there is currently another Active Directory import running, cancel the Active Directory import (if required) and re-run the API script.
If the last attempt to synchronize the Active Directory failed, the Active Directory import flag needs to be reset. To do so
- open the SafeGuard Enterprise Management Center
- navigate to "
Options" > "
- use the "
Reset import flag" function
- a popup message appears, verifying if the Active Directory import flag should be reset. Click "
Start another Active Directory synchronization using the API script after the Active Directory import flag was cleared.
