W32/Rbot-AHC is a worm with backdoor Trojan functionality.
W32/Rbot-AHC runs continuously in the background, providing a backdoor server which allows a remote intruder to gain access to and control over the computer via IRC channels.
W32/Rbot-AHC will attempt to spread to network shares protected by weak passwords and through the following software vulnerabilities:

Microsoft SQL servers with weak administrator account passwords

Backdoors left open by other malware
When first run W32/Rbot-AHC copies itself to <System>\wuamkopxp.exe.
