W32/Gift-B is a mass mailing worm.
When first executed W32/Gift-B displays the fake error message
"File data corrupt:
probably due to bad data transmission or bad disk access."
W32/Gift-B then makes a copy of itself in /windows/Rundllw32.exe and creates the
registry entry
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\
RUN = "C:\\WINDOWS\\Rundllw32.exe".
The worm also sets the related run key in WIN.INI in older Windows version.
When the worm is executed on startup, it scans for email
addresses in .ht* and *.asp files from My Documents and the current folder.
W32/Gift-B is capable of sending emails through MAPI.

On the 5th of every month, W32/Gift-B displays the message
"I-Worm.RunDllw32 Activated
This is a I-Worm coded by Bumblebee.\29a!
