VBS/LoveLet-CD is a variant of the VBS/LoveLet-A worm (also known as the Love Bug).
The worm copies itself to the Windows system directory as CARTOLINA.VBS and then attempts to email this file as an attachment to a message with the following characteristics:
- Subject: "una cartolina per te!"
- Body text: "Ciao, un tuo amico ti ha spedito una cartolina virtuale... mooolto particolare!"
The worm tries to send this email to addresses in the infected user's Outlook address book.
The default page of Internet Explorer is set by the worm to http://www.vije.it, an Italian music website.
