Troj/JSRedir-BV is an obfuscated Javascript, typically seen attached to spam email messages as an attachment with an innocuous name, eg:
FORYOU.HTM
If the attachment is opened the web browser will be redirected to an unexpected site. At the time of writing this site was a "Canadian Pharmacy" style scam site.
